The long nose has a constant diameter of 20mm and is build by reaming (not extrusion or injection), gives a chance to easily mount this spindle onto self-build CNC machines, without worring to build a special part to let the tip protrude from the Z axis assembly.

It's hi quality 120° clamping system, that assures no bit release during work and maximum axial concentricity and strenght of grip in the chuck, unlike conventional drill chucks that are ok when entering inside the material, but are prone to self-opening when traverse travelling.

To fix this spindle onto your self-built CNC machine, we suggest using the 20mm cilindrical rail holders.
